Mission.
Mission is our move east — into the Fraser Valley's emerging residential corridors. We're on site now at Hatzic Ridge, building custom homes on hillside lots with long valley views.
Mission rewards builders who understand hillsides. Lots in Hatzic, Cedar Valley and the Silverdale corridor often slope hard, and the payoff is the view north over the river and valley. We design to the grade — stepped levels, engineered retaining, and rooms placed to capture the outlook — rather than flattening the site at great cost.
As one of the Valley's faster-changing communities, Mission's approvals and servicing can be involved. We carry feasibility, design coordination and construction together with our own on-site management, so a project moves on schedule and the person making promises is the same one building the house.

Mission — common questions
Do you build on hillside lots in Mission?
Yes — hillside and view lots are exactly what we're building now at Hatzic Ridge. We engineer for the slope rather than fighting it, and place the home to hold the valley view.
Is Mission within your service area?
It is — Mission marks the eastern edge of our Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley coverage, and we have an active build there.
Can you manage the whole project on site?
Every Belvoir project runs under our own site management, with feasibility, design and construction held under one roof from raw lot to finished keys.
